This bot tests a URL every 6 hours to determine validity.

This bot does not store any information about the destination URL, except whether the URL is valid and the URL responds with appropriate WebBlogPing Accepted Responses. As such, it does not adhere to robots.txt standards.

The Blog that is submitted to the ping receiver, in order to test validity does exist, but contains bogus info. Random numbers and codes to make the RSS appear to be up to date so your ping catcher doesn't think it is spam (hopefully).
